In my opinion, The TopTaggers website (http://toptaggers.com/) is not the most user friendly site. I had my boyfriend explain it to me and how it works.

You have to tag the TopTaggers website on your del.icio.us. After a few days (I don’t think the site is updated too often) you will appear in the TopTaggers database. To see where you stand in the rankings, go to the “top del.icio.us taggers” tab and type in your user name.
